Kristen & Alec Married | Eleven Fifteen Venue & Urban Garden | Kansas Wedding Photographer

When I met Kristen & Alec last year for their engagement photos I absolutely fell in love with them and their relationship. When you are around them you can tell they are best friends and love being in each other’s company. I knew their wedding day was going to be amazing and they certainly did not disappoint! 

While they chose not to do a traditional wedding party, several of Kristen’s close friends joined her in the morning at the Bluemont Hotel in Manhattan, Kansas while she relaxed and got ready for the day. Her parents and brother were there as well and just watched her so lovingly the entire time. Once Kristen got dressed we did a quick reveal with her dad and they had everyone in the room in tears – they clearly have a very close bond and it was awesome to see. 

Their ceremony and reception was held at Eleven Fifteen Venue & Urban Garden in Aggieville – Kristen and Alec decided to wait until her walk down the aisle to see each other and had no regrets! They both made comments after that seeing each other for the first time that day at the alter was so fun and exciting. Their ceremony was sweet and fun (just like them) and they even stopped midway to take a selfie. 

Once they were hitched we took some family portraits and then headed out to scenic overlook to take some gorgeous shots of just them. These two were ALL SMILES and could not stop laughing. When we were done we headed back to Aggieville so we could visit Kite’s Bar & Grill to take some photos in the booth where they first met 5 years ago. 

I have never seen two people SO smiley and happy. It was hard to narrow down photos because they both looked stunning and happy all day long. I’m so happy I was there to witness it all! Congratulations Mr. & Mrs. Philip!
